We are an independently owned people-first business that provides offshore trust and corporate solutions.

Founded in Guernsey in 1973, Fort is a leading, fully independent and privately-owned trust and corporate services provider that is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. We have over 50 staff across our offices in Guernsey and Alderney and can proudly state that many of our staff and clients have relationships going back several decades.

Joe joined Fort in September 2024 to help grow their private wealth business. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary and has almost 20 years’ experience managing structures for high-net-worth private clients.

Jack joined Fort in November 2024 to lead and manage the financial initiatives of the business. Jack has a background in economics and has worked for almost 15 years across a range of strategy and financial management roles.

Ian Kirk

Ian joined Fort in 2018 as Non-Executive Chairman. He is an English Solicitor, Guernsey Advocate and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a member of STEP.

Sadie Harris

Sadie joined Fort in 2007 and directs the operational functions of the business. Sadie holds the diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
